Marvel Legends (Universe) Spider Man Noir

I haven't been tracking Spider Man stories for awhile but this Marvel Legends (Universe 3-3/4 inch) figure caught my attention. Spider-Man Noir. Cool outfit.  Hope they make him in 6 inch scale as well.
