Marvel Select "The Watcher"

Another post stuck in Draft Folder Purgatory.

Never had an interest in this guy but picked him up ten plus years ago when I wanted him as part of a Marvel Legends photo. He's been knocked around so much in storage that he has all kinds of scuffs all over his head.
