When 12 Inch GI Joe Returned: 1996: US Army Infantry (Desert Camo)

Here is the third figure from the 1996 collection. I never purchased this one when it came out. Something about the short sleeves on a combat figure. The US army never pulls it's sleeves up in combat. Oh well. Very nit picky. Love the artwork.
