GI Joe Classified Starduster

Don't know much about this guy. And what's the deal with the box of cereal he comes with? ToyBox should know.

    Starduster was created to promote the cereal, G.I. Joe Action Stars. Specifically through the three comic books available inside specially marked boxes, and as an image on his own box variation. Other versions of the boxes included Duke, Gung Ho, Shipwreck, Flint, and Quick Kick.

    In 1986 he was released as a mail away figure through the cereal, and later as a Hasbro direct mail away offer. Despite being released in three different variants between 1986 and 1991, he remains one of the most expensive in the vintage line to obtain.
