Star Wars Hot Wheels Update

Hot Wheels continues to release some awesome Star Wars themed cars. It must be fun being on the design team for these things. A bunch of new cars have come out over the last few months. Love the Maz car. SDCC also displayed several new cars coming soon as well.

Walmart Classic Ghostbusters

Along with the new Ghostbusters figure sets, Walmart released the classic Ghostbuster team in six inch scale with a Build-A-Figure Ghost. Ray Stantz and Peter Venkman are fairly easy to find. I have yet to find Egon and Winston out in the wild. I am sure they will show up soon.

Lots of Ghostbusters stuff coming out lately and that's a good thing.

Marvel Legends New X-Men Series Knocks it Out of the Park

We've had plenty of Iron Men and Captain Americas over the last few years. The X-Men have largely been ignored in the Marvel Legends realm during this time. Even with the X-Men movies like First Class, Days of Future Past, and Apocalypse, the X-Men haven't gotten much love in the toy aisles. Well, Hasbro finally made up for that grievous error with the latest X-Men line.

And what a lineup it is. First of all, three of the strongest and best X-Ladies on the team: Jean Grey's Phoenix, Kitty Pryde and Rogue.  Rounding out the team is Iceman, Havok, Wolverine (in brown and orange costume), Cable, and Deadpool. And of course, the Build A Figure is Juggernaut. Works in nicely as an X-Men big baddie.

Fans, like myself, must have been waiting for these because even the preorders at BBTS sold out quickly.

These are definitely all coming out of the package soon. Rogue deserves some individual attention as well. Her figure has been due a long time.

Which one is your favorite?
