If you've shopped for toys at Walmart, you've seen the Lanard figures known as the Elite Corps - basically, cheaper versions of GI Joe. Over the years, their sculpting has gotten a lot better. They've also obtained some licenses and come out with great figures, playsets, and huge figures of King Kong Skull Island and George from Rampage.
Imagine my surprise when I saw these awesome figures riding dinosaurs. The Primal Clash set is awesome. Well sculpted. The dinosaurs are solid. This line has a lot of potential. Makes me want to research the old Dino-Riders. The other nice thing about Lanard toys - they are very inexpensive. Each carded rider is $7 and the larger Triceratops and Mammoth are $12.

Super Bowl Sunday - The New England Tom Bradies - I Mean Patriots
Well, today is Super Bowl Sunday. The New England Patriots go to their record setting 11th Super Bowl. They've won five with QB Tom Brady and Coach Bill Belicheck at the helm. Tom Brady, the G.O.A.T. (Greatest Of All Time) goes against the kid, LA Rams' Jerad Goff. Should be a fun match up, and kind of a circle is complete vibe as Tom and Bill beat the then St. Louis Rams for their first Super Bowl win back in the 2001 season.
I'm not picking a winner here. Have been horrible this whole playoff season. (Go Rams!)
So here is a tour of all the McFarlane NFL Patriots figures. As you can see, Tom Brady sells.
The first ever McFarlane Tom Brady figure - from series five. I have no idea where the base is but this figure came with a variant snow base (in honor of their famous snow covered playoff win against the Raiders - remember the Tuck Rule?)
Drew Bledsoe - the Jets' Mo Lewis injured starting QB Bledsoe, Brady came in, the rest is history. Tom should have named one of his sons Mo.
Teddy Bruschi - the only defensive player from the Patriots and McFarlane you will ever see.
I probably like this uniform because it is what the Patriots were wearing in their first Super Bowl in 1985 when my Bears crushed them 46-10.
Why do I have three Tom Brady's of the same type? They were all sold separately in different waves. Didn't realize they were all painted the same. The first Tom Brady is from Series 11 or 12 and is larger than the recast you see on the right.

Tom Brady 2.
Tom Brady 2 variant in the QB 3 Pack. Love this retro uniform.

Corey Dillon - Bengals castaway - Patriots Super Star.
Wes Welker - there is a variant Welker wearing the retro red Patriots uniform. He is kind of pricey - over $100.
Randy Moss
Tom Brady with his long hair, likely influenced by Giselle.
This figure also came with a short hair variant.
The Gronk - Rob Gronkowski
Retro Pats
Tom Brady 563 - probably - this is the Super Bowl 3 Pack with Tom...
...James White...
...and the Gronk!
Tom Brady 721
Tom Brady 722 - lazy repaint but it sells.
Julian Edelman

The tip of the Tom Brady iceberg.

Los Angeles - St. Louis - Los Angeles Rams by McFarlane
With the Super Bowl coming up tomorrow, time to walk through all the McFarlane NFL figures from the LA Rams, who used to be in St. Louis, who used to be in LA before. Stellar line up, especially their "Greatest Show on Turf" squad from the St. Louis Super Bowls.
Next up is the 1999 Super Bowl Team. Kurt Warner, Marshall Faulk, Torry Holt and Jason Sehorn.
Warner was in the very first series of NFL figures from McFarlane. Faulk was in Series 2. Both released in 2001.
This was a Torry Holt chase figure in the vintage Rams uniform and his original number.
And finally, current players Jared Goff and Todd Gurley.
We'll start with Eric Dickerson from the LA Rams of the 80s.
Next up is Jerome Bettis. Pittsburgh was sure lucky to get him.
