King and Country - Up Front with Bill Mauldin

I've been a big fan of Bill Mauldin's art for a long time. I had his book of WW2 comics for almost 30 years. While perusing the internet for King and Country toy soldiers, I came across this three person set that includes Bill, while drawing, and two soldiers....Willie and Joe who were immortalized in his art.

    Those are really cool. I'm interested to check out that book. I wonder if my local library has it?

      Bill Mauldin's Army should be available. "Drawing Fire" was just published through the Pritzker Military Museum and Library in downtown Chicago. Actually took a tour of it in December. Neat exhibition of Mauldin's work. I also discovered Mauldin was buried in Arlington National Cemetery nearby.
