Here is my total collection so far. Only missing Athena, Lucifer and Battle Damaged Cylon. Athena and Lucifer are hard to find and only rarely pop up on Ebay.

Completed Mattel Battlestar Galactica Collection

Battlestar Galactica was released on this day, back in 1979.

I finally finished off the Mattel Battlestar Galactica collection with a Gold Cylon Commander. Also found a set of Cylons and a customizer who makes Ovion mesh nets and repro Viper coats.

Bif Bang Pow Battlestar Galactica - Adama, Apollo and Starbuck

These three figures I did not have before. Adama is easy to find. Starbuck and Apollo come at a hefty price. So I saved the search in Ebay and one day Starbuck and Apollo popped up for really, really cheap. Maybe the seller didn't know what they had. Anyway, I quickly snagged them. The likenesses are spot on and Starbuck and Apollo both come with removable helmets.

I had this set before and sold it off, but now I am really into finding Battlestar Galactica merch, and have finally displayed my lunch box collection. So here we go. Lunch box comes with two Cylons - one silver and one gold. 

Bif Bang Pow Battlestar Galactica 8 Inch (Mego) Style Figures plus Lunch Box

I had this set before and then sold it off. Now I'm trying to complete the 8 inch Bif Bang Pow Battlestar Galactica figures. There aren't a lot, but they are so much fun. This lunchbox which has the same art as the original includes three figures - Boxey, Muffet, and the Talanuca alien that has four eyes and two mouths. The Muffet/Daggit figure is odd in that they form the skeleton into human form versus the four legged dog it is supposed to be. Not sure why they did that.  Oh well.
