Indiana Jones - Worlds of Adventure
Over the years, I've built an appreciation for mini-figures, whether they are SLUG Zombies or Funko Mystery minis. I picked these up for their cool small scale figures and also because, they're Indiana Jones merch. Haven't seen any of that in ages. The boxes are deceivingly big for what's inside, but fun nonetheless. Great packaging art as well.

It's good to see that even though the franchise has been beaten into submission that the toys still get it right.
ReplyDeleteOverall, I am happy with what's been released, except for army builder villains at the 6 inch scale. But fun to have some new merch.
DeleteWhen did putting small toys in such big boxes become a thing? I don't remember anything ever being packed like that when I was a kid.
ReplyDeleteWithout the see through window plastic, it seems to be a tactic for creating value and price for something so small. I first noticed this, and was pissed, with the Marvel Retro Ghost Rider.
DeleteLego has always been notorious for misleading box sizes versus what was actually inside.
