Toy Soldier Cabinet

Most of my toys are undisplayed. I pull them out piecemeal in the basement or garage when working on photos or dioramas. I finally set up a glass cabinet in our living room to display my painted toy soldiers. 

I like how the morning sun casts a shadow against the figures. I started closing one blind in the morning. Thinking the sun will eventually fade some of the paint.

    The only way it would look better is if you had some terrain in there underneath them, or went ahead and built a different diorama for each shelf.

      That would be cool. At first, I didn't want to do that thinking it would interfere with getting natural light but there seems to be plenty of space. I think I'll try it out. Stay tuned.
