One of my favorites as a kid (even though I never purchased him at the time) - I liked Lowlight for his grey uniform, black skull cap, and red goggles. His sniper case is a top notch accessory in this line.

 

Maryland Toy Expo

 A few weeks ago, I set up a booth at the Maryland Toy Expo. I had never been there before as a customer. I wanted to unload some of my stuff. Overall, it was a fun experience. Long day. I didn't sell much, and I didn't have a chance to walk around as a customer myself. The best part was seeing people smile at my little pegheads for sale. I sold about 10 of them. That was fun. 

Of course, we were surrounded by Funko Pops as far as the eye can see. And people still buy a ton of those. I still like them, but man, there sure are a lot out there. 

The Collectors Showcase - 54mm People's Volunteer Army from Korean War

The core painted metal toy soldiers manufacturers (King and Country, Thomas Gunn, Collectors Showcase) have finally started making Korean War era toy soldiers. Collectors Showcase is the first to actually make enemy combatants. These Chinese PVA soldiers are fantastic.

Cosmic Legions: Legions-Con Exclusive: Wal-Torr the Mad

I wasn't planning on getting this set, but then I had so much fun unpackaging and photographing my Cosmic Legions, had to get this stunning set whichi includes one Mythic Legions figure and one Cosmic Legions figure. These guys are named after Walter Hagen, as Wal-Torr the mad. The orange paint scheme on the Cosmic Legions guy is sharp, and I like putting the skeleton head on him.
