I've had the Ambulance and figures for over a decade. I wanted to complete the collection in order to build a diorama and found the jeep, helicopter, and base. The helicopter and base are typically pricey, but I purchased these for a steal. Here's the Jeep. It comes with a driver which looks to be the Hawkeye head sculpt with blond hair.
The box images on these MASH accessories was/is really great.
