I finally took photos of the Collectors Showcase Huey Helicopter alongside some King and Country Vietnam War Marines. 

Custom Playset Box for the 54th Massachusetts Infantry Regiment

Since I saw it, Glory has sat in my top 5 all time favorite movies. Only recently did I discover some painted metal miniatures of the 54th Massachusetts Infantry Regiment, primarily by John Jenkins Miniatures.  In order to keep my current figures centralized, I reached out to an Ebay seller who makes custom playset boxes. He has his own inventory, but he did a custom Vietnam one for me a year or so ago. I asked again for a 54th box and he delivered. It is fantastic work, and I appreciate the detail and care he put into it.

 I recently went to the Gettysburg Toy Soldier show. The only thing I snagged was this awesome Vietnam era medevac Huey helicopter for half of retail price. Outstanding!
