Four Horsemen have released three Figura Obscura figures from Ancient Egypt. Thoth now joins Anubis and Bastet. I really like this genre.

Four Horsemen - Figura Obscura - Ghost of Christmas Past

I showed this off packaged last year. Didn't realize I hadn't included the unpackaged figure. Love this figure and hopefully by this Christmas, some of the other spirits or Ebeneezer will have joined the party.

Four Horsemen Figura Obscura - Frankenstein's Creature

Four Horsemen have really done a tremendous job with these Figura Obscura figures. They tend to be related to the holiday near which they are released. They are manufactured and ready to go, so when you order, it's not a preorder. They are ready to go. The Halloween release was Frankenstein's monster. Along with all the extra accessories, it also came with a booklet describing Mary Shelly's Frankenstein novel. Not the lumbering green guy we are used to - the monster was intelligent and yellow skinned. Reminded me of the Robert Deniro version of Frankenstein from the 90s. I need to watch that again. 

Four Horsemen Figura Obscura - Ghost of Christmas Past

The fun thing about the Figura Obscura line is you don't know what it will be until it's revealed. And it is in stock so when you order, it's at your door in a few days. In keeping with the holiday themes, this year's Christmas figure is the Ghost of Christmas past. An awesome figure. And the art work on the box is amazing as well. Hoping they do the Ghost of Christmas Present and Future in the future.

These may be two of the best Figura Obscura figures that the Four Horsemen have released. If you don't follow them, they typically come out with a Figura Obscura campaign around a holiday.  The figures are revealed and they are in stock. Previous figures include Krampus, Masque of the Red Death, and Ebeneezer Scrooge. These two ancient Egyptians figures are fantastic with tons of accessories.
