War for the Planet of the Apes Diorama

 I've wanted to do this for a long time. Loved the opening scene to War for the Planet of the Apes. Just needed six inch scale "generic" soldiers. Finally figured I'd use the Valaverse Action Force soldiers for this.

MEGO Planet of the Apes

I was never a big fan of the original Planet of the Apes, but every once in awhile, I really dig the story and design. Mego re-released some figures a few months back. Picked them up. 

 

Super7 ReAction Planet of the Apes Statue of Liberty Playset and Figures

These have been sitting around for years waiting to be photographed. Well, the playset that is. Finally pulled them all out for a few shots. The "beach" is very wavy so hard to find places to stand a lot of the figures.

Given the last two years have seemed like the end of the world, I figured this would be appropriate.

Apes....Together....Strong!

Finally pulled these out and set them up after getting the fake trees during the holidays. This is a collection of NECA, Lanard Rampage, and Safari Apes to create my ape army. Wish NECA would have done some more, especially Bad Ape from War For the Planet of the Apes.
