The Year of Joe - September

It was another sparse month due to work, distractions, other toy distractions, etc.  I did manage to grab two of my favorite Joes, one I never considered, and an accidental duplicate.

I purchased Beach Head, Lady Jaye, Silver Grand Slam, and Croc Master. I had Beach Head as a kid. Lady Jaye was always cool and is so iconic to the team so had to get her.  I totally forgot about the Silver Grand Slam that came with the second release of the JUMP.  Finally, I purchased Croc Master who I already had but didn't have his crocodile so that worked out well.

I did see several loose figures I wanted for my collection at Eternia Dreams, Toys, and Collectibles, but I had two arms full of old Toy Biz Marvel figures (more on that in a future post) that I forgot to go back and grab the Joes.  Next time.

Funko Supernatural Mystery Minis

I've only seen a few of the first season's episodes of Supernatural. It was pretty cool but I don't honestly watch a lot of tv. The only show I've ever binge watched is Game of Thrones and Stranger Things. I may have to go back to this series someday. They have more than ten seasons though.  Anyway, I grabbed a few of the blind boxes before they went past the $5 mark. Pretty cool.

I guess I did to an earlier post on some of these back in 2015: http://gijigsaw.blogspot.com/search/label/Supernatural

Timmee Galaxy Laser Team

I've been going through a lot of old boxes in the garage, organizing things a bit better, and pulling things out to photograph. I always had an affinity for this set. I remember my dad buying it for me at a 7-11 by our apartment complex when I was about 8. It wasn't Star Wars but it was close enough. Always liked the bug alien the best. The lady and droid were also pretty cool.
