Star Wars Target Hoth Turret Defense

Hasbro did a really nice job putting this set together and having the turret and radar cannons scaled properly to the figures. Love this set. Anything Hoth really.

Star Wars Muppets from Disney Parks

I had posted these before but it's been a few years and I recently stumbled across them while going through old storage bins. These were a great mashup and I purchased them at Disney Hollywood Studios when I was there for a business conference in 2013. Wow! That was a long time ago.

Nick Holmes Draws the "Vintage 92" Kenner Star Wars Figures Book

Nick Holmes is a professional artist and designer who lives in the UK. He recently launched a Kickstarter to put together a great little book of his drawings of all the vintage Star Wars figures in dramatic poses. (Except for Yak Face - hence the 92). Each page contains two characters and an interesting tidbit about the character, on screen or off screen. It's a small book but so much fun. The book is now available at this website: www.nickholmesdraws.com

Mezco Underworld Figures

Years ago I was looking for a Selene action figure, the character portrayed by Kate Beckinsale in Underworld. I didn't know if they had anything but I stumbled across this set of five figures from Mezco Toyz. They are 4 inch figures with a great diorama base/stand. The packaging is huge so when I saw the shipping costs, I was like WTH - what did you send me that was so big. But it is a neat set and I recently dug them out and photographed them, though I don't know where the Michael figure is - probably with my Walking Dead collection since he fits in pretty well as a half vampire, half undead dude.

Marvel Legends Catch Up - Jocasta and Ghost Spider

Seems like I've slowed down with the Marvel Legends. Price point is starting to get out of control for getting figures I don't want and not tempted anymore with the Build a Figures unless it is something really cool I want. So here are a few Marvel Legends.

Jocasta

Ghost Spider

Also found a few old cardbacks in storage from the rare Wolverine Series with Puck BAF. Interesting that on the packaging they were showing the alternate outfit Rogue which finally came out in 2020. In its place was the rare, single packed Storm. What a pain.
