I had a few Adventure People sets as a kid in the early to mid 70s. Then Star Wars came along. Still love these figures. You can find them very cheap on Ebay. I purchased a lot years ago, especially since I always wanted the Safari set as a kid and never had it. These figures are a lot of fun.
I even found an Adventure People collectors web site. Pretty cool.

So AWESOME!
ReplyDeleteThanks. They always were a lot of fun. I remember having the medical helicopter as a kid.
DeleteI had the Deep sea diver, the scuba diver, and maybe one of the white motorcycle stunt drivers.
ReplyDeleteI like that Fisher-Price is using some of the characters now in the Imaginext Series!
Nice. Yeah I saw they did the space robot people. Pretty neat.
DeleteI had a load of these as a kid... none now. They were always just the right size to go with the "star wars people."
ReplyDeleteYeah - they fit right in. They were actually used by Kenner as prototypes as well. There is a picture in the book - 1000 Collectibles from a Galaxy Far Far Away.
