These are my New Year's Resolutions for 2025. Not for me, but for the toy companies.
Hasbro - Star Wars - Keep making unproduced retro figures. Invest more in 3-3/4 in scale. Still love the Black Series but 3-3/4 is lacking.
Hasbro - You've farmed out your own licenses to other companies, including your own IP. Recommend you give Playmobil a shot at Star Wars. That would get kids and adults excited. While we're talking about the Star Wars license (which expires this year for Hasbro), let Mego make some Star Wars dolls like they would have in the 70s.
Hasbro - Classified GI Joe - no changes. Keep it up.
Hasbro - Marvel Legends - take a break.
Hasbro - finish the Indiana Jones retro series.
Fisher Price - Bring back the Adventure People. Do a Star Wars kitbash homage as well.
Super7 - Make some "V' figures and spaceships. And classic and modern Battlestar Galactica. And Game of Thrones....all 1000 characters.
NECA - Add Palisades style Muppets to your new Sesame Street line.
NECA - More Predator and Aliens human figures. I know it's a likeness rights issue, but here's hoping.
Playmobil - I mentioned Star Wars before. Add Harry Potter on to that. And Muppets.
Anyone - finish the Bridge Direct Hobbit dwarf set.
Is that too much to ask for.
Toys R Us - come back. Target and Walmart suck!
