I remember seeing this on Instagram and thought it would definitely be fun to be a part of this Kickstarter campaign. Basically, monster pieces to mash together and make some 5 inch monsters. Well, they finally arrived and I will have to say, one of the funnest toys I've ever owned. Each set of body parts comes in a body bag - not a flimsy plastic bag - heavy, duty canvas bags with zippers. There were five sets of mixed body parts in the All In pledge as well as an extra bag of heads, an all red (blood red) set, and a glow in the dark set.
Even though I don't have OCD, and have long since stopped being a completist, this is a line that I would love to see complete figures. Hopefully, the success of the campaign will bring more of these to complete the figures. In tomorrow's post, I'll let you know which complete figures I have.
These are really cool. I would have backed if I could have opted to get a couple of complete figs without getting the entire series.
ReplyDeleteI didn't really pay attention as to how many would show up incomplete. The comments on the Kickstarter campaign are extremely positive, so I am hoping Dr. Malgam makes more pieces in a second series.
