I started a YouTube channel a long time ago. It was where I was uploading videos through an App I bought years ago called Magisto. My daughter and I would make silly videos and add music to it. So there's a few old videos there.
Recently, I started uncarding and reviewing Star Wars figures since the 1995 Power of the Force line and beyond. Check it out. The videos are mostly 2 minutes long.
I managed to obtain the entire orange line of Kenner Power of the Force 2 line of figures from 1995/1996. Can you believe it's been 30 years since Star Wars figures returned to store aisles? Of course, they are disappearing again. Probably a good thing. Inflation is killing the market, as well as some poor choices by Hasbro. Well, they seem to focus only on 6 inch Black Series, which I like - but many collectors are disappointed by the lack of 3-3/4 inch scale representation.

I'm not really sad to see Star Wars exiting again. There have been a lot of poor choices between Disney and Hasbro.
ReplyDeleteMore importantly, between the original lines from 78 - 85, and everything since 1995, we're looking at almost forty years of consistent figures on the market. Are there really anymore figures that need to be made?
Agreed. There are a lot of figures from some of the recent shows like Andor that would be cool. I redid this post. Check out the latest video I added which explains my renewed interest in collecting.
