Hasbro GI Joe 1/6 Scale Ernie Pyle

I've had this on my "watchlist" for years. An interesting but awesome choice by Hasbro to add to the GI Joe line back in the early 2000s. Ernie Pyle was a reporter who was the voice of the common soldier. His columns became a book and then a movie - "The Story of GI Joe."

Sadly, Mr. Pyle was killed by an enemy machine gunner in the combat zone.

I finally purchased the figure. It is a cool addition and I look forward to setting it up.
