Marvel Legends Age of Apocalypse Dark Beast

I don't know much about the Age of Apocalypse comic book story arc but this figure just looks cool. I am curious about the Thor Hammer that says Sugar on it. Obviously, Sugar Man is the BAF but no idea what it means.
