Kim Simmons is the Man Who Shot Luke Skywalker....meaning he took many of the photos of Kenner Star Wars toys for packaging and catalogs. He has a website where you can purchase photos. A few years ago, Kim put together a book of all the Star Wars: A New Hope toys. This time, he put together a Kickstarter campaign to manage the Empire Strikes Back follow up book.
It is awesome. A large hardcover book with a lot of unseen photos and many you have grown to love while collecting. In certain campaign pledges, he includes postcards, a patch, and a gold coin. The coin is not plastic. It is heavy metal. Well made. An awesome book for any collector.
A Kickstarter campaign for the Return of the Jedi is planned for Spring 2021.
