Toybiz Generation X - Unpackaged

Here are the unpackaged photos of Generation X. Not sure why this team resonated with me so much but I really liked them. When I saw all of these at Eternia Dreams, Toys and Colllectibles - each for under $10, I purchased both series on the spot.

    I remember these always being at Target when they were first out. I was probably in 6th grade. I was pretty much only collecting Star Wars stuff at the time but I definitely remember checking these out. I wasn't very into comic books for most of the mid-late 1990s so this stuff, especially Marvel, just sailed right past me.

      Yep. These came out right as I graduated college and didn't collect at the time. Every once in awhile I would snag one because I was like - "dang, I wish they had these when I was growing up."

    You gotta love ToyBiz and their dedication to covering all the bases as far as variety and figure releasing.

      Think they had the right business model. Nice sculpting, limited articulation, smaller size....you can manufacture a large amount of variety. When I see these all lined up at Eternia Toys and Dream, it's amazing the amount of figures Toybiz made.
