GI Joe Vintage Space Capsule

My buddy sent me this for my 50th birthday. This is a 12 inch GI Joe and vehicle I never had, either as a kid or a collector. I always liked the Joe stuff from space. Was very happy to add this to the collection. While I was inspecting it, I was wondering how the glass plate came off....it doesn't. It slides around the capsule. Too cool.

Now I have the Major Tom song in my head.
