When Kingdom of the Crystal Skull came out, it gave Hasbro, as well as Sideshow an opportunity to do some 12 inch scale figures from the original Raiders of the Lost Ark. They didn't disappoint. In fact, I wish they would have done more. I unpackaged these several months ago, and finally got a chance to photograph them.
All our Hasbro except Belloq and Toth. The Indiana Jones in German Disguise and Colonel Dovchenko from Crystal Skull were released last and could barely be found at retail. I had to purchase those on Ebay. I love the ants that come with Dovchenko.
The GI Joe homage to Indiana Jones which comes with the sarcophagus came out well before Crystal Skull. It is a cool set. The mummy in the sarcophagus looks pretty darn real.
The one figure I missed out on (and now too pricey) is the Sean Connery Henry Jones Sr. figure from Sideshow.
