Random Gentle Giant Jumbo Star Wars Kenner
I've probably posted these before. Just random figures I photographed because I'm selling on Ebay to make space. Short hair Han Solo variant, Brown Snake Yoda variant, Stormtrooper with Empire Strikes Back logo variant, and Boba Fett prototype. Boba and Stormtrooper already sold.

What always baffled me about these was the price point. Each one was three to four times more expensive than the actual vintage figures they were based on.
ReplyDeleteProbably because they were 3-4 times as big. Each was 12 inches tall. Took up a lot of space. :-0
DeleteAm I wrong to say they are essentially higher quality Titan Hero series figures? Obviously much classier and the mold is probably a solid plastic as opposed to the hollow Titan figs.
ReplyDeleteThey are a higher quality vinyl but not solid. Definitely hollow. Definitely hit the nostalgia button. They do look cool. The success of this line is what prompted Hasbro to start the Titan lines.
